“Good fashion for me is like rock ‘n’ roll, there is always a little rebellion in it” – Ann Demeulemesster
Hi all Slayers, want that easy to achieve rebellious look, get your self a band t! This trend is taking over like wildfire, from the likes of Beyonce’ to Bella Hadid. It’s a true classic slay, that can be reinvented in so many different ways. I did show a look on my instagram (@slaywithslice) a few weeks ago which was inspired by Bey’s fabulousness on her instagram recently. I didn’t want to completely copy her look, I wanted to make it my own. Adding a leather look bright orange skirt from River Island and an old vintage denim jacket. I wanted the outfit to literally pop, which I think it did. Teamed with clashing velvet emerald mini bag and gold cross over strapped heels from River Island also. (Can’t you just tell I work there haha).
There are so many possibilities with the band T. Whether going all black, leathers or just a good plain old mom jean and a serious killer heel, you can achieve so many different looks for so many different events or occasions. Below I will post my own looks, my beautiful friend @KellySpanelli who rocks the look so perfectly, as well as some of my favourite celebrity ones too aswell as where and how much you can get many different band T’s for yourself.
Customised clothing is starting to become a real big thing now. Expect to see some more customised band T’s on the blog soon, as well as all the small instagram businesses you can purchase from. I’m so excited for that one, just waiting on mine to come through.
